NMPS Mental Health Week 2024

New Moston Mental Health Week

 

The focus is BIG emotions and how to deal with them.  The aim of the week was for children to understand how BIG emotions like anger, fear and worry make our bodies feel.  The children had the opportunity to learn a number of self regulation strategies including mindful breathing, grounding, yoga and dance.
