Sunflower Update! Just look at how much these have grown! Thank you for sharing your pictures PJ, Alana and Henry :)

The KS1 children have made a fantastic fairy garden. They carefully  coloured  in a variety of different butterflies 🦋  and fairies 🧚‍♀️, painted rocks with decorative pictures and helped each other to design the layout of our beautiful fairy garden.

Happy Planting!

Recently, the children have been learning about all things plants! They even planted their own sunflowers. The children brought their sunflowers home today to look after themselves over the half term holiday. Remember to give it plenty of water and sunlight!

I hope you all have a lovely break and stay safe!

Read, Write, Inc

Your child may have come home from school talking about Read, Write, Inc.

This is a new way we are teaching phonics across the school. Phonics help your child with reading and writing.

To help you as parents, I have attached some links which may help you to understand what we are teaching, how we are teaching phonics, as well as some useful resources for you to use as well.

If you have any questions about this new, exciting way of teaching your child phonics, please come and ask us!
