Our School Dinners 

Trafford Council now provide our school dinners via My Evolve Hub.

You will be able to order and pay for your child's School dinners on the Evolve (www.myevolvehub.com) site, registration details need to be obtained from Miss Hadcock at the school office.

School meals are currently £2.50 per day / £12.50 per week.

Once you have registered your child, you will be able to view the menus.  If you experience any problems please email help@evolve4.net where the evolve team will be able to assist.

If your child is going to be absent you will need to log into the account and cancel the meal that has been ordered for that day, even if your child receives free school meals, please still cancel the meal before 9.30am as the meal will be wasted if it isn't cancelled. 

There is also a help guide on how to cancel a meal and request a refund. (please note the dinner must be cancelled before 9.30am on the day absent, to request a refund). If you have any problems setting the account up or keeping the account up to date then please email help@evolve4.net send them a message or leave your contact telephone number and somebody will get back to you. 

You will also need to let the office know if you are changing your child's dinner requirements from packed lunches to school meals or from school meals to packed lunches as charges may incur if you pay for school meals.

Is your child eligible for Free School Meals?

Your child may be eligible for free school meals if you get any of the following benefits:

• Income Support
• Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
• Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
• Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
• The guaranteed element of Pension Credit
• Child Tax Credit (provided you are not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
• Working Tax Credit run-on - If you apply on or after 1 April 2018 your household income must be less than £7,400 a year (after tax and not including any benefits you receive).

To receive free school meals YOU MUST APPLY.  You can either apply via Manchester City Council website at the following link:     http://www.cloudforedu.org.uk/ofsm/sims/

or you may obtain a form from the school office and we can submit the application on your behalf.

If you are eligible for free school meals but don't want your child to have them, please register your child anyway!  For every child registered for a Free School Meals, our school will receive extra money - even if you don't take up the free meal.  Registering will not affect any other benefits your receive.
