Children's Mental Health

If you have any concerns at all about your child's mental health, please speak to your child's class teacher or a member of school's Pastoral and Safeguarding Team as soon as possible.  We are committed to supporting our pupils and families to have positive mental health and wellbeing.  You should also make an appointment to discuss your concerns with your GP.

In an emergency, or if you're worried about the immediate health and safety of your child, you should call 999 and/or take your child to the nearest accident and emergency department (A&E).

Many of our staff are trained in supporting children with their mental health, and the teaching of strategies to support good mental health and how to manage their emotions and feelings is incorporated regularly into our curriculum.
